Jane Kimber

Joint Project Manager

Jane Kimber has been working as the Borough Archivist for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham since 1995. Jane, who has a degree in English Literature, was trained as an archivist at University College London. Most of her career has been spent as a local government archivist in the London boroughs, including Lewisham, Haringey and Tower Hamlets. She enjoys the endless variety and interest of the history of London and its suburbs.

Moya O’Hara

Joint Project Manager

Moya has worked as Director for the Urban Studies Centre for 2 years, managing and delivering a range of environmental projects with local schools. Her previous experience includes teaching horticulture and environmental studies to adults and young people at Southwark College, and managing the London Wildlife Trust Centre for Wildlife Gardening for 5 years. She enjoys working with children and young people and helping them to become involved with their local environment and make discoveries outside of the classroom.

Jo MacMenamin

Education Officer

Jo MacMenamin has worked as the education officer at Hammersmith and Fulham Urban Studies centre since September 2008. Jo’s teaching experience spans over 13 years, mainly at primary age in Hammersmith and Fulham. Jo is responsible for the development and delivery of a range of educational sessions and special interest projects that support a creative curriculum and many school initiatives, as well as encouraging schools to use their local area and beyond as a valuable learning resource.

Frank Czucha

Project Co-ordinator

Frank lived in Sands End from 1955 until 1977 and attended Langford Primary School. He failed his 11+ exam but went on to qualify as a teacher and to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree with The Open University. He worked as a secondary school teacher in South London for five years and for BT for 26 years before taking early retirement in 2009. He set up the Sands End Revisited website in 2008. His other interests include supporting Chelsea FC and his camper van.

Tim Delves

KS2 Co-ordinator & Teacher (Langford School)

Tim has been a teacher for 11 years and has worked in International schools in Malaysia and Egypt. He joined Langford School in 2007 as key Stage 2 Co-ordinator and year 5 class teacher. He is currently responsible for Year 6.
