Volunteers

The volunteers comprised of former Sands End residents, ex Langford Primary School pupils and members of the Sands End Revisited Website.

They provided a valuable primary source of information, complimenting pupils research with their own childhood experiences and historical knowledge of Sands End and derived a great deal of pleasure working alongside the children. Their involvement also enabled them to appreciate the advances and improvements made in education during the past 50 years.
